final steps - happen but slowly

Update - 8/5/08 - the electrician came and it looks like the lights are finished. Havent turned them on yet - waiting for it to get dark.

although the garden has now been finished for quite a few weeks there are a couple of things which still need to be finalised. We wanted some electrical work done so that there would be "light" in the garden. the electrician is supposed to come tomorrow to do this work.

Also there has been a crack in the "concrete" since it was laid and this was supposed to have been fixed. As yet there is no firm date for this to happen.

Finally there is a small amount of additional planting to be completed on the front verge. Again there is no firm timetable for this but i have been assured it will occur.

As with all projects my experience is that final steps happen but slowly - unfortunately.
